AS/NZS 2009:2006 Glass beads for pavement-marking materials


Intermix/Premix and Drop on glass beads are available according to the Standard of AS 2009 and AS/NZS 2009.

Product Description


Drop on glass beads are used to add an immediate shine to newly laid road marking lines. Class B HR Drop on type beads are coated for reflectivity and durability.

By increasing the visibility and retroreflectivity of pavement marking lines, they thereby increase safety performance of pavement markings. Only road markings that contain Glass Beads are clearly visible at night.
